Sterlington Bolsters Finance Practice with the Group Addition of Ken Lee and Dexter X. Heeter

Sterlington is pleased to announce that Ken Lee has joined the firm as a partner in its Finance practice. Additionally, Dexter X. Heeter joins the firm as an associate as part of the Asset Finance team with Ken. Ken and Dexter’s focus will be on asset trading and asset finance.

NEW YORK; July 19, 2023 –Sterlington is pleased to announce that Ken Lee has joined the firm as a partner in its Finance practice. Additionally, Dexter X. Heeter joins the firm as an associate as part of the Asset Finance team with Ken. Ken and Dexter’s focus will be on asset trading and asset finance.

Prior to joining Sterlington, Ken served as Counsel in the Global Financial Markets Group of Clifford Chance in its New York office, where he worked for nearly 10 years. Ken’s expertise encompasses a wide range of legal matters advising and representing major investment banks, underwriters, issuers, lenders, borrowers, and lessors in asset finance/trading matters. His experience extends to a wide range of aviation finance transactions, as well as loan facility compliance and maintenance matters.

Dexter comes to Sterlington from Clifford Chance as well, where he was an associate for nearly five years and worked with Ken in the Global Financial Markets Group. Dexter’s experience extends to a wide range of aviation finance, acquisition, and leasing transactions. Ken and Dexter come to Sterlington via the expertise of legal recruiter Christina Boulougouris, Esq., President of Arete Consultants, Inc.

Ken earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Korea University. Dexter earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School. He received his B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and History from Clark University where he was a Phi Alpha Theta and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society member.
