Arturo Peña

Arturo Peña is an associate at Sterlington focused on commercial and corporate litigation. Before joining Sterlington, he practiced at Gibson Dunn as well as Nelson Mullins. Arturo received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif honor society and served as senior editor for the UCLA Law Review and Co-Editor-in-Chief of its Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. He received his B.S. summa cum laude in Legal Studies with a Minor in Philosophy from St. John’s University, where he received the Gold Certificate of Achievement for highest cumulative index in the Legal Studies Program.
