Christopher “Chris” S. Harrison is the Founding Partner and CEO of Sterlington and leads the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Chris has managed hundreds of billions of dollars in successful investment transactions during his eight-year tenure at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, coupled with his role as Co-Head of the market-leading Investment Management M&A practice of Schulte Roth & Zabel. Chris also served as Chief Investment Officer of a multibillion-dollar family office. Chris has a J.D. cum laude from NYU School of Law. Chris’ passion for training led him to teach popular M&A courses for 11 years at his law school alma mater, in parallel with his professional career. Chris is also the author of “Make the Deal: Negotiating Mergers & Acquisitions,” published by Bloomberg, and ranked as the #1 New Release in Corporate Finance and M&A on Amazon. In 2015, Chris formed Sterlington, defying the industry norm to create a preeminent law firm on a virtual platform.
