Deborah Kwilirani

Deborah is an associate at Sterlington with experience in contract and project management. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate at international and non-governmental organizations focusing on human rights. Deborah holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of South Wales (UNICAF), an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Lanzhou, and an LL.B. from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
