Gianina Jean-Baptiste

Gianina Jean-Baptiste is a senior attorney with extensive experience in corporate and transaction matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and management. Prior to Sterlington, she was in-house at Tidal Shore LLC, a major privately held alternative investment fund in New York. Gianina earned her B.A. from Harvard University where she was involved in the Association of Black Harvard Women, the Harvard Haitian Alliance, and the LEADERS mentoring program. She received her J.D. from Fordham Law School, where she served as Secretary and Academic Chair for the Black Law Students Association and was involved with the International Law Journal, the Latin American Law Students Association, and the Committee on Diversity in Business Law.
