Jo Brophy

Jo Brophy is the Head of Firm Management and a member of Sterlington’s management committee. Prior to joining the firm, she held international business development roles at HSBC during her two-decade tenure there. As part of her responsibilities, Jo served as lead global account manager to C-suite executives at multinational corporate clients, such as Accenture and several of the world’s largest global companies. She also was HSBC’s lead sales development coach for over 400 pension sales professionals in the London and other UK markets. Jo earned her undergraduate degree at Wakefield College and Leeds Metropolitan University in the U.K. and was previously a U.K. chartered financial advisor.
