John Ngo 

John Ngo is Special Counsel in Sterlington’s Corporate and M&A practices. John focuses his practice on M&A, venture capital and other corporate transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters. He has experience representing clients in the insurance, financial services, media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, technology, construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate, energy, fashion, retail, automotive, food and beverages, crypto, special purpose acquisition companies and private equity industries.

John began his legal career at Dewey & LeBoeuf and has worked at Greenberg Traurig, Kelley Drye and Reed Smith. Prior to Sterlington, John also worked in-house for the Amynta Group and Assurant.

John holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Economics from NYU. Super Lawyers Magazine listed him as a New York Metro Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2016-2018.
