Justin Han is an associate focused on financing and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Sterlington, he worked as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Milbank in their debt finance and financial restructuring practices. Justin received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. in history from The Johns Hopkins University.
