Ken Lee

Ken Lee is a partner in Sterlington’s Finance practice, with a focus on asset trading and asset finance. Prior to joining Sterlington, Ken served as Counsel in the Global Financial Markets Group of Clifford Chance in its New York office, where he worked for nearly 10 years. Ken’s expertise encompasses a wide range of legal matters advising and representing major investment banks, underwriters, issuers, lenders, borrowers, and lessors in asset finance/trading matters. His experience extends to a wide range of aviation finance transactions, as well as loan facility compliance and maintenance matters. Ken earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Korea University.
