Marcia de Ocaña

Marcia de Ocaña is an associate specializing in contract management and negotiation, corporate law, and M&A deals. Prior to joining Sterlington, she worked as head of legal at a logistics startup overseeing in-house teams and collaborating with external firms across multiple countries. Before that, she worked at one of the biggest law firms in Argentina, and at a M&A boutique law firm. Marcia has extensive experience advising on corporate law, M&A, real estate, capital markets, antitrust and trusts across various industries and jurisdictions.
Marcia is pursuing an LL.M. from Blas Pascal University and earned an LL.B. graduated with distinctions from the National University of Cordoba School of Law.
